CHARLOTTE, NC – - L.A. Management Company, a marketing firm specializing in website development, online marketing, social media management and video production, has been hired by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) to produce a training video for teachers on their new classroom video technology, Teachscape Reflect.

Thanks to funding from the Bill and Linda Gates Foundation, Teachscape Reflect will enable educators to record a complete, 360-degree panoramic view of the classroom, and then use the web-based software to review for professional learning.

The L.A. Management Company produced video will include interviews with CMS administrators, facilitators and teachers, and an instructional how-to on how to set-up and use the Teachscape Reflect tool.

“Whenever you introduce new technology to a large group, there is always going to be a learning curve,” said Lou Amico, president of L.A. Management Company.  “Educators are busy and have limited time to sit through lengthy training sessions.  This short video will allow for a more efficient way for teachers to learn how to use the equipment and a visual resource for troubleshooting.”
